So this is what happens when we let our children watch television:
We rented "The Tale of Desperaux" and Olivia is now in love with mice. O and A both had some leftover birthday money so we let them get what they wanted! What they wanted --- more pets! Because the option of another big furry pet is out, as well as the space for a horse (you hear that, P-Paw, no horses!), we decided that the small, relatively easy to care for choice of mice would be fine.
Olivia and Aiden are now the proud owners of Desperaux, the brave yet small mouse, and her (yes, HER) sister Perdita, the dalmatian-looking mouse. Desperaux, like her name sake, is quite clever and extremely brave, whilst Perdita, like her owner, is naughty, jumps out of your hands, and escapes every chance she gets. Guess which mouse is Aiden's!!!
