On Saturday Aaron competed in the Advance Newspapers cooking contest, Incredible Edibles! There were over 400 recipes submitted, and Aaron's Kickin' Corn Chowder with Goat Cheese Crisps recipe was one of 24 that was chosen as a finalist. There were three others who were chosen in his category, Soup, Salads and Vegetables. He lost out to a pineapple salad recipe, and we think he was robbed! Oh well, it was a fun experience and we'll see what he submits next year!
